• Dr Zadok Levy (Founder) Born in 1910, Dr Levy was a chemist by profession and founded Biscol in the late 1930s as a pharmaceutical manufacturer, together with his brother, Moize. In 1950 the brothers introduced Sucrazit, Israel’s leading artificial sweetener, which became an overnight success.
• Claude Levy (President) Born in 1938 and a lawyer by training, Claude Levy took over as Managing Director in 1975 and is currently the company’s president.
• Lior Levy (CEO) Born in 1965, Lior Levy joined the company in 1986 and has served as production manager, sales manager and assistant managing director. He assumed the role of CEO in 2001.
